    This was a site recommended from another site that picked out 10 of the best consumer complaint services.Well, I don't find you so hot ,I just commented TWICE on someones complaint against Bank of America and neither one of them was posted.Perhaps I did something wrong but if that's the case shouldn't there be a message pointing out the error of my ways?     This is a useful website which is different from others in that it allows you to direct a request to the company with whom who have a given dispute, not to just "complain into the wind." This is useful in court, if the dispute comes to that, because it shows that you have done your best to resolve the dispute and mitigate your damages.
